Story
IPO-FX was founded by seasoned traders who watched their clients get shut out of the most exciting private investments of the decade. During the unicorn boom of 2019–2021, everyday accredited investors had no realistic path to pre-IPO shares—minimums started at $100,000, and traditional secondary markets were opaque and slow.
We built IPO-FX to change that. Drawing on years of trading experience and a real network of clients, we created an OTC platform that brings the speed, fairness, and accessibility of modern public markets to private equity.
